Kotlet Schabowy
Welcome, enjoy typical dish from Poland. It is eaten by a lot of families on Sunday lunch.
What is interesting abut Poland is their habits of eating and hours of eating. They eat big breakfast fr example sandwiches, scramble eggs, milk with some cereal or yogurts. They eat big lunch at about 15 or 16. And in the end of the day about 19 they eat really small dinner.
Ingredients for 2:
- 2 slice of pork meat
- 2 eggs
- crumbs bread
- mix of spices
- 5 potatos
- 2 carrots
- oil, butter
- salt
- peper
Tools needed to cook:
- Fork, knife
- Bowl
- Plate
- Pan, pot
How to cook??
- Prepare all ingridiets from the box
- Peel off potato and put them into water. Cook 20 minutes.
- Cut carrot into cubes. Put butter inside the pot, after carrots and little bit of salt. Cook 10 minutes.
- Put 2 eggs into the bowl and mix white and yellow part with energic moves using fork.
- Put bread crumbs on the plate.
- put pork on both sides to egg and after to bread crums. Pan them on both sides during 7 minutes each
